The Dollars For Change Campaign

April is National Poetry Month and the perfect opportunity to get teens excited about writing! To celebrate, we are performing at 6 different schools that applied for the 36 Schools Project. Of course, there are traveling expenses to meet, writing packets for the students, and stipends for our talented teaching artists.

 Justice For The Jena 6: Compilation/Benefit CD

In the wake of the Jena 6 Trial, a group of socially conscious poets decided to raise money and awareness for this important cause. Calling themselves "Tampa Bay Artists United" they put together a benefit showcase and this full-length CD, featuring Tampa's exceptionally talented artists.

100% of the money from this CD goes to the Jena 6 Legal Defense Fund.
